The largest animal in the World - The Blue Whale


The blue whale (Balaenoptera musculus) is a marine mammal belonging to the sub-order of the pope. This animal is the largest animal ever to exist in the world, which has a 30 meter (98 feet) long and 180 tons. Blue whales weigh about 2.7 tons (5952 kg), such as the size of the Asian elephant and the average weight of about 600 kg (1,300 lb) and is the largest known in any animal. Not only the size of the heart similar to the Mini Cooper's engine, but also in a comparable weight.

Blue whales feed almost exclusively on small creatures, such as shrimp, called krill. During the summer blue whale consumes 3.6 tons of 7900 pounds or more every day. This means you can eat up to 40 million krill a day with the energy intake of an adult blue whale.
